SOIC-8 microchip with DC-Car encapsulation.
The L8 module performs a sequence of 1 flash light that flashes continuously inverted and 5 more lights with the following pattern: Sweep and 2 flashes of all lights.
The cathode (negative pole) of all LEDs are connected to each other and connected to the output - of the DC-Car decoder.
The module is controlled by any light output (in this example flash light 3), or directly by a negative signal.
The resistance values of each led are between 330 ohms and 470 ohms, depending on the desired brightness.
