General aspects 

As general rule, packages are shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment. A link is provided to track the order online.

The shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal shipping costs, and where appropriate, issuing the administrative documentation attached to the shipment.

It's advisable to group all your desired items in one order. It isn't possible to combine two or more different orders, shipping costs will apply for each order individually.

We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items, items are shipped well protected.

Spanish VAT (21%) is applied to orders sent to the countries of the European Union under the protection of the EUCU's free-trade area for goods. Exceptions apply to certain territories with specific regulations.

Products shipped to non-EU countries are sold without Spanish taxes (VAT 21%), but it must be taken into account that, where appropriate, local taxes must be paid at customs-house, once the package reaches the country. These orders are sent together with the SAD(DUA) documentation of exports (Single Administrative Document).

To request the European VAT exception, before ordering, you must contact us through the form to check the validity of the intra-community operator number.

As a general rule, orders are shipped from Navarra (ES), but there may be specific cases.

The TeknikArt store is focused on the national and European market, although it's possible to send products worldwide. In the web version of the store, not all countries are always available, so before making a purchase from outside the European Union, it's recommended to contact using the form.

Countries outside the European Union

As general rule, packages are delivered via "correos" spanish mail agency.

Depending on the weight of the package, this shipping agency offers rates between 55€ and 75€ for shipments to countries not covered under the protection of the EUCU's free-trade area for goods (those not included in the previous point).
For shipments to these areas it's recommended to first check the shipping rate using the contact form.

Return policy

Returns due to manufacturing defects

The User may return, without any cost, any product that presents a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from when they became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify their lack of conformity with them, indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects found therein. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.

The return of the products that present manufacturing defects in them, will not suppose any additional cost for the User.

Upon receipt of the communication from the User, within a period of 3–5 business days it will inform you if the return of the product is appropriate, in which case the method of collection or shipping of the defective product will be indicated.

The products to be returned must be unused and with all their labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, the right to refuse the return will be reserved.

Once the product has been received and defects have been verified, the User will have the possibility to substitute the product for another with identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate.

In the event that due to lack of stock, another product with identical characteristics could not be shipped, the User may choose to terminate the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or request the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.

The delivery of the product of identical characteristics or of the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will be made in the next 3-5 business days from the date of the effective notification of the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model..

The replacement, the shipment of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional costs for the User.

If the User terminates the contract, the refund of the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs) would be carried out..

The term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User had used when buying the product:

If the User has made the payment by bank transfer, the amount paid will be returned within 3 calendar days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.

If the User has made the payment by credit/debit card, the amount paid will be returned within 24-48 business hours from when the User decided to terminate the contract.

Right of withdrawal

In case the User is not satisfied with the products received in their order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users (Ley General para la defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the totality of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.

However, the User must bear the direct cost of the return, both if he returns the order in full and if he decides to return only some of the products of the order, being he responsible for hiring the courier company to return the order. In this sense, the User is recommended to require the courier company to provide the delivery receipt so that the User is aware that the product has been delivered correctly.

The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.

The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer depreciation or that the return may be refused.

Once it has been verified that the order is in good condition, we will proceed to refund all or, if applicable, the corresponding part of the amounts paid by the User.
If the User decides to return the order in full, the User will be reimbursed all the amounts that he would have paid, including the costs of the original shipment.
If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order cannot be returned.

The term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User had used when buying the product:

Product Exchange Policy

The change between a product purchased by the User and another product that is offered on the Website is not supported.

In case the User is interested in a different product, he may exercise his right of withdrawal over it in accordance with the above conditions, and in any case, should buy in a separate process the new product interested at.
