Sequence of 5 leds sweeping left slow

DIP-8 microchip with DC-Car encapsulation.
The L7 module performs a sequence of 5 lights with the following pattern: Left sweep and short pause.
The L3 module performs the same pattern, but faster.
The anodes (positive poles) of all LEDs are connected to each other and connected to the output + of the DC-Car decoder voltage transformer.
The module is controlled by any light output (in this example, light 2, which has been inverted with CV61-1), or directly by a negative signal.
The resistance values of each led are between 330 ohms and 470 ohms, depending on the desired brightness.
PIN 1: Negative for sequence start
PIN 2: Led 2
PIN 3: Led 3
PIN 4: Negative (feed)
PIN 5: Led 1
PIN 6: Led 2
PIN 7: Led 3
PIN 8: Positive (3'5 / 5 V DC)
