Temporary vehicle stop

Stop for Car System vehicles. This electromagnet is powered by 22V DC (direct current), and generates a magnetic field capable of switching the reed sensor of Car System vehicles.

It is recommended to use the electromagnet for brief stops. The suitable component for a longer stop is the "Permanent vehicle stop" reference 161674.

In analog vehicles: The reed switch cuts the power supply to the motor.
In vehicles with Faller digital system: If the north pole of the stop is oriented upwards, the magnetic sensor of the digital vehicle will receive the stop order. If the south pole of the stop is oriented upwards, the magnetic sensor of the digital vehicle will receive the order to change to a second driving speed.
