Permanent Vehicle Stop

Car System type stop. In the idle state, that is, when it is not powered by electric current, a permanent magnet generates a magnetic field capable of switching the reed sensor of Car System vehicles. To nullify the effect of the permanent magnet, an electromagnet is activated with 16V AC or 22V DC.

In analog vehicles: The reed switch cuts the power supply to the motor.
In vehicles with Faller digital system: After a certain time the sleep mode is activated and its radio link is turned off. However, the magnetic sensor of the digital vehicle continuously checks the status of the stop. When the electromagnet is powered from the stop, the radio transmission resumes immediately.
